We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a well-established early years setting with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality childcare.

Role & Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for every child.
Inspire, mentor and develop the nursery team, promoting wellbeing, engagement and continuous professional growth.
Ensure full compliance with EYFS, safeguarding and all relevant statutory requirements.
Build positive, collaborative relationships with children, families and the wider community.
Drive occupancy, quality standards and the overall success and performance of the nursery.
Lead Ofsted preparation, maintaining high standards and supporting successful inspection outcomes.
Champion inclusion, equality and diversity, ensuring every child and colleague feels valued and respected.
Foster a positive nursery culture that reflects the organisation's values while encouraging future leaders to develop and thrive.
Candidate Requirements
Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).
Proven experience managing or leading a nursery or early years setting.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding legislation and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams.
Passion for delivering exceptional early years education and prioritising children's emotional, physical and educational wellbeing.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with parents, colleagues and external professionals.
Commitment to promoting inclusion, diversity and equality within the nursery environment.
Level 5 qualification in Childcare, Leadership or Management and experience achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings would be advantageous.
