Description: We are assisting an Italian family, residing in Milan, in selecting an experienced live-in domestic couple to support their household. The family consists of three people who live permanently in the home, while two adult children currently live elsewhere. The residence is a spacious, independent house with a garden and terrace.
Main Responsibilities:
• Autonomous and organized management of the household, ensuring excellent daily cleaning and general tidying.
• Care of bedrooms, bathrooms, outdoor spaces, and common areas.
• Wardrobe management (ironing, minor repairs, seasonal changes).
• Preparation of daily meals for the family, including table service, even when guests are present.
• Grocery shopping, pantry maintenance, and household supplies management.
• Basic maintenance and upkeep of the house (garden, minor technical tasks, coordination with suppliers).
• Supervision or assistance during events, dinners, or visits.

Required:
• A valid driving license for at least one of the candidates.
Proven, long-term experience with references in similar roles in private households.
Reliability, discretion, organizational skills, and initiative.
Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility.
No allergies to animals (occasional presence of pets).

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday morning until 1:00 pm. Flexibility required.

Independent, fully equipped accommodation provided within the property.

Compensation:
