Role Overview
We are looking for two highly professional and experienced Italian-speaking rota nannies for a long-standing client based in Milan, Italy. The role is caring for an adorable, fun-loving little boy aged 3, who is always laughing, chattering away, and full of personality.
This is a fantastic opportunity for confident, proactive, and engaging nannies who are experienced in busy households and confident working as part of a wider household team.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the little boy’s day-to-day wellbeing, development, and routine.
• Provide educational support and encourage age-appropriate learning.
• Arrange outings, activities, playdates, and creative learning experiences.
• Plan fun, educational, and imaginative activities that keep him engaged.
• Work closely and professionally with other household staff.
• Remain organised, proactive, and always one step ahead in a busy household environment.
• Travel internationally with the family during school holidays.
Candidate Requirements
• Fluent in both Italian and English.
• Highly experienced with children of a similar age.
• Confident, engaging, creative, and full of ideas.
• Used to working in a busy, fully staffed household.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
• Organised, reliable, proactive, and able to think outside the box.
• Comfortable supporting nursery routines, activities, travel, and the child’s wider development.
