Job Description:
A lovely family based in Richmond is seeking a warm, experienced and committed SEN Nanny to join their home. They have two children: a boy aged 14 and a girl aged 10 who has additional support needs. The main focus would be their daughter as their son is largely autonomous.

You will provide attentive, specialist care for the 10-year-old, tailoring your approach to her individual needs and maintaining the consistent routines that help her thrive. School and activity pick-ups will be handled by car (automatic vehicle provided), and you will be responsible for preparing nutritious, homemade lunches and dinners — the family prioritises healthy, fresh food and the Nanny will have full autonomy over the daily menu. You will also be a supportive presence for the 14-year-old, sitting with him for homework when needed, and planning engaging, age-appropriate activities for the girl throughout the week.

This role combines attentive SEN childcare with light household duties, and would suit someone who is equally comfortable being nurturing, organised, and hands-on.

There are also two dogs in the home.

Requirements:
- Proven and demonstrable SEN experience
- Patient, consistent, and emotionally attuned
- Confident cooking healthy, homemade children's meals with creative autonomy
- A committed professional seeking a long-term placement
- Full, clean driving licence; confident driving an automatic vehicle
- Pet friendly

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 1:30pm to 7:30pm and Saturday Full Day (35-40h/week)
Salary Offered: £36,500 gross per annum +
