Welcoming family based in Kensington are seeking an experienced, professional and nurturing live in or live out Nanny to care for their 5 month old baby girl. The family also have a 7 year old, however a Nanny/Housekeeper is already employed to care for him. This role will be on a sole and shared charge basis. The main focus of the role will be centred around the baby’s care and development. This role would be suited to a proactive, confident, calm and highly organised candidate with relevant baby experience and a genuine passion for supporting early years development. Duties will include all nursery duties, maintaining routines, supporting developmental milestones, preparing bottles/meals in the future, assisting with weaning and future potty training, laundry planning engaging age-appropriate activities and attending classes. Working Monday - Friday, 8am - 7pm or 9am - 7pm with as well as one night of babysitting per week. Proxy parenting required as well as travel with the family for up to 1 week per trip. Must be pet friendly as the family have 2 cats and 1 dog. A Polish speaking candidate would be considered a bonus, alongside a Norland qualification or similar. Accommodation provided on a live in basis would be separate local flat. Role to commence ASAP. Offering a salary of £18phn for live out candidates and £700-750pwn for live in candidate.
