AH179: Friday - Tuesday Nanny, Holland Park

Role Overview:
Warm, calm, proactive nanny required for a family with three children (10, 8 and 5). The family is looking for someone who can confidently manage sibling dynamics, uphold good manners, and take a firm but kind approach - stepping in early before situations escalate.

Key Details:
- Location: Holland Park (behind Holland Park tube), 1 Clarendon Road
- Start date: Open
- Salary: £22–£25 gross/hour for Fri–Tue
- Working Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (5 days/week)
- Typical hours: 12:00–13:00 start, finish by 20:00–20:30 (client flexible on start time)

Children & Schooling:
- Three children: one (10) and two (8, 5)
- Notable sibling rivalry/jealousy, particularly between the older two
- Two boys attend Weatherby; behaviour/manners are a key focus (e.g. rude language)
- Child (10) attends Lambrook (Ascot): school bus 3 days/week, boards 2 nights/week, Saturday school
- Child (8) starting Lambrook in September (Mon–Fri; no Saturday school)
- School-age children leave approx. 6:40am and return approx. 6:40pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, age-appropriate care and supervision
- Confidently manage behaviour and support positive routines, manners and respectful communication
- Proactively plan activities and manage transitions to minimise conflict
- Step in calmly and firmly when tensions rise; de-escalate situations early
- Driving duties as required (school/activities/errands as appropriate)
- Work collaboratively with household staff as needed
