Hummingbird Homestaff are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a lovely family in Colchester who are looking for a kind, reliable, and proactive Mother's Help to support Mum with her two young children. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys working alongside parents and being an extra pair of hands during the morning routine. The family have an 18-month-old toddler and a newborn baby, and are looking for someone who is nurturing, organised, and happy to help wherever needed.

Hours
2 days per week
7:00am – 11:00am
Days are flexible and can be agreed with the successful candidate
Duties Include
Supporting Mum with the morning routine
Helping care for the 18-month-old and newborn
Engaging the toddler with age-appropriate play and activities
Preparing breakfast and snacks for the children
Tidying children's play areas and keeping them organised
Children's laundry where required
Sterilising bottles and keeping feeding equipment clean
General light household support related to the children
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience with babies and toddlers
Warm, caring, and patient
Reliable and organised
Happy working alongside Mum
Able to use their own initiative when needed
Paediatric First Aid and an up-to-date DBS are desirable
Excellent references
Salary

£18.00 per hour
