Live-In Nanny — English Mother-Tongue for Three Lovely Girls
We are a warm, busy family looking for an exceptional live-in nanny to become a trusted part of our household. We are seeking an English mother-tongue candidate, as nurturing our daughters' English is important to us.
We have three wonderful girls — aged 8.5, 4.5, and 2.5 — and we're looking for someone caring, energetic, and genuinely engaged to help them thrive day to day.
A typical day includes:

Preparing breakfast and getting the girls ready for the day when schools are open
Driving them to school and back
Taking them to and from their extracurricular activities
Managing afternoon, bath, and bedtime routines
Keeping the children's rooms, clothes, and belongings organised during quieter moments

We follow a Montessori-inspired approach at home — fostering autonomy, responsibility, and respect — and we're looking for someone happy to embrace it. More than a carer, we'd love a calm, intelligent point of reference for the girls: someone who holds the natural, gentle authority of a good teacher.
The role is genuinely focused on the children. A wonderful housekeeper takes care of cooking, cleaning, and laundry, and grandparents are close by to help out, so our nanny can devote her energy to the girls.
The ideal candidate is:

An English mother-tongue speaker
Warm, patient, and genuinely fond of children
A confident, safe driver
Bright and engaging — we would highly appreciate someone clever enough to keep up with and stimulate gifted children
Comfortable with a structured, Montessori-style home routine
Flexible and dependable

Schedule & conditions:

Live-in position and travel with the family when schools are closed.
Most weekends free, though availability is required when the family travels together
