A warm and welcoming family based in the heart of Mayfair are seeking an experienced, professional, and nurturing live-out nanny to care for their first child, a happy three-month-old baby. This is a wonderful long-term opportunity for a career nanny who is passionate about supporting children through their early years whilst building a lasting relationship with a lovely family.

The role will begin on a shared-care basis, working alongside a hands-on mother who is at home, with the expectation that the successful nanny will naturally take on greater sole-charge responsibility as trust and confidence develop.

This is an ideal opportunity for a career nanny who enjoys working with first-time parents and takes pride in providing reassurance, guidance, and expert support throughout the early years. The family are seeking someone who can confidently introduce each developmental stage, from establishing routines and beginning weaning to encouraging developmental milestones and learning through play, whilst respecting the parents' individual approach.

Initially, the working hours will be **10:00am–7:00pm**, with the expectation that these will increase as the child grows. The family travel regularly throughout Europe and Dubai and are looking for a nanny who is happy to accompany them. A **travel allowance of £400 per 24-hour period** is paid when travelling, with all accommodation and reasonable expenses covered.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

* Providing exceptional care for a three-month-old baby.
* Supporting bottle feeding, currently every three hours.
* Planning age-appropriate activities to encourage learning and development.
* Establishing and maintaining healthy routines for feeding, naps, sleep, and play.
* Assisting with the baby's evening routine, including bath, story, and bedtime.
* Preparing bottles and sterilising feeding equipment.
* Keeping the nursery, toys, and the baby's areas organised.
* Packing and preparing for outings and travel.
* Travelling with the family when required.
* Working collaboratively with the parents whilst providing professional childcare guidance.
* Ensuring the baby's safety, wellbeing, and happiness at all times.

*A full-time housekeeper is employed; therefore, responsibility for the baby's laundry and bed linen is not required.*

Essential Requirements

* Extensive professional experience caring for babies from infancy.
* Excellent knowledge of infant development, routines, sleep progression, and weaning.
* Warm, calm, proactive, and highly organised.
* Comfortable working in both shared-care and sole-charge settings.
* Happy to travel internationally.
* Comfortable around a small family dog.
* Fluent English is essential.

**An additional language would be highly advantageous, particularly Russian, French, Italian, Mandarin, or Arabic, although this is not essential.**

A confident driver would be welcomed, with parking available if commuting by car, although driving is not essential.

Salary & Benefits

* £23–£25 net per hour, depending on experience.
