ZI431 - Full-Time Nanny - Sydney, Australia

Overview
A loving family of three moving to Rushcutters Bay, Sydney, is seeking a full-time, live-out nanny to care for their 8-month-old daughter. The role will start late August (around 31st) and the usual schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 6:00pm.

Responsibilities
Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care for an infant

Act as a trusted partner to the parents on routines, development, and daily observations

Support age-appropriate developmental activities, including reading and sensory play

Engage the baby through singing, talking, and interactive play

Facilitate social interaction and learning through outings, classes, and play dates as the infant grows older

Handle baby-related laundry and maintain organisation of nursery and supplies.

Assist with light household support related to the child, including tidying shared spaces.

Helping around the house during naps, such as emptying the dishwasher, keeping the kitchen tidy, and taking out trash if needed, would be very appreciated
Requirements
Significant experience caring for infants and toddlers

Strong understanding of infant development, sleep routines, and schedules

Calm, grounded demeanor with a warm, engaging presence with children

The ability to work well with parents, and an excellent communicator

Legally able to work in Australia
Excellent and verifiable references

$35-$40/hr AUD plus super
