This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maternity Practitioner with a childcare background and proven twin experience to support a family with 6-week-old twin boys on a permanent, part-time basis. The twins are thriving, bottle-fed every 3–4 hours, and settling into a good routine. The family is seeking afternoon support, when Mum would most appreciate an extra pair of hands. Mum will be at home for at least the next year, making this a shared-care role focused solely on the twins. The family also has a 21-month-old daughter, who is not the nanny’s responsibility, though the family values fostering a strong sibling bond while maintaining her independence and one-to-one time with her parents. The ideal candidate will be confident in newborn care, knowledgeable about developmental milestones, and experienced in caring for twins, with a strong understanding of the routines and practicalities involved. It is essential that the successful candidate is up to date with current NHS guidance, including safe sleep practices, and can provide expert, nurturing support as the twins continue to grow and develop.

Gross hourly Rate: £25ph
Hours of work: 12:30pm – 4:30pm
Days required: 3-5 afternoons per week
