UHNW family looking for an experienced rota nanny - one week live in/live out. Please only apply if you have previous rota or live-in nanny exp and have travelled with a family

This lovely UHNW Kensington-based family are looking for an experienced, warm and proactive live-in rota nanny to care for their three boys aged 4, 5 and 7 years old. The role is worked on a 1 week on/1 week off rota basis and involves a mixture of sole charge and shared care alongside hands-on parents. The family have a busy international lifestyle and travel regularly during school holidays, so flexibility and a genuine team-player attitude are essential.

The ideal candidate will have previous rota nanny experience (or experience working long hours in a private household), along with strong experience caring for school-age children. The family are looking for someone who is energetic, organised and engaging, with a genuine passion for supporting children’s development through play, learning and fun experiences. You will be responsible for managing the boys' day-to-day routines, school and nursery runs, organising activities and outings, arranging playdates, supporting reading and homework, preparing healthy meals, keeping children's areas organised and ensuring they are happy, thriving and meeting their developmental milestones.

The successful nanny will be confident setting appropriate boundaries, encouraging good manners and independence, and building a strong, trusting relationship with both the children and parents. Excellent communication skills are important, as is the ability to work collaboratively within a fully staffed household. A driving licence would be highly advantageous, and the family would particularly love to find someone who is positive, hands-on, flexible and happy to muck in wherever needed.
