£48k - Baby Nanny, East Sussex - Heathfield. A warm, respectful and well-organised family in rural Heathfield, East Sussex are seeking an experienced live-out nanny to care for their 4 month old baby on a mixed sole charge and shared care basis. This is a lovely long-term opportunity for a calm, professional and discreet nanny with strong baby experience, excellent emotional intelligence and the confidence to work independently while remaining closely attuned to the parents’ preferences and routine and work collaboratively with parents and follow their preferences and guidance.

The role will involve baby care, including feeding, settling, changing, supporting sleep routines, maintaining excellent hygiene and keeping baby’s areas beautifully organised and calm. The family are looking for someone proactive, reliable and knowledgeable, who will provide thoughtful, nurturing care and enjoy working in a peaceful countryside setting. Hours are Monday to Friday, salary is £44,460–£48,000 gross per annum DOE, and the role is permanent, live out. A driver is essential due to the rural location. Applicants should have 5+ years’ experience, NNEB or equivalent, Enhanced DBS and 12-hour Paediatric First Aid.
