A warm, relaxed and music-loving family in rural Hassocks, near Burgess Hill, are seeking an energetic, flexible and fun Norland Nanny (or equivalent) to support their family on an ad hoc basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nanny looking to build a genuine long-term relationship with a family who are keen to find someone they can rely on for years to come.

The family have delightful 3-year-old twins who will be attending a local forest school during term time. They are looking for a nanny who can bring plenty of energy, positivity and creativity to their days, encouraging the twins to grow in confidence, independence and self-belief through play, outdoor adventures and engaging activities. The family have a real love of music and would be delighted to find someone who enjoys incorporating music, singing and creativity into the children’s day-to-day experiences.

This is a flexible role, providing support on both weekdays and weekends as required, making it ideal for a nanny who enjoys variety and the opportunity to work closely with a family on an ongoing basis. Nursery duties include preparing nutritious home-cooked meals for the children, children’s laundry and helping to keep routines running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable and happy to muck in where needed, while bringing a calm, reassuring presence and a great sense of fun. A love of the outdoors is essential, as the family enjoy an active lifestyle and are keen for the twins to spend plenty of time exploring, learning and playing outside.

A driver with a clean licence is essential.
