The Nanny will be responsible in caring for one baby girl aged 7 months on a mixture of a sole and shared charge basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated nanny looking for a long-term position in a beautiful island setting, becoming a trusted and valued member of the family. Working 5 days per week, 45 hours per week with Sundays and Mondays off. The schedule is Tuesday 9:00am–5:30pm, Wednesday 10:00am–7:30pm, Thursday 9:00am–5:30pm, Friday 11:00am–9:00pm and Saturday 7:30am–4:00pm. The ideal candidate will be a warm, proactive and highly organised nanny with excellent early years experience, confident caring for children independently and supporting their development through all key milestones. The role involves full nursery duties, planning age-appropriate activities, maintaining routines, supporting development, and providing proxy parenting when required. A driver is essential and a car is provided. A childcare qualification is essential and a Spanish speaker would be a bonus. The home includes a swimming pool and a pet rabbit, so comfort around animals is essential and the ideal candidate will be energetic, outdoorsy, and enjoy an active island lifestyle including beaches, sunshine and swimming, with a genuine long-term commitment to becoming part of a friendly and welcoming family. Role to commence ASAP. Offering a salary of up to £80,000gpa (tax free) depending on experience and qualifications as well as providing accomodation for the first two weeks
