A lovely family and returning client based in Lancaster Gate are looking for a full-time nanny to care for their son aged 20 months on a 5 days a week basis. This is a maternity cover position and they are hoping to find someone warm, reliable and engaging who genuinely enjoys spending time with children. They would love a nanny who is happy to get involved in play, reading, outings and day-to-day activities, while creating a fun, nurturing and stimulating environment.

* Salary: £20 - £22 Gross per hour

Duties:
The role will involve full care of their son, planning age-appropriate activities, encouraging learning through play, and getting him out and about regularly. The family are particularly keen to find someone who is engaging, hands-on and focused on interactive play rather than screen time. Standard nanny duties are included, such as preparing meals for the child, keeping play areas tidy, managing children's laundry and helping maintain a good routine. They are looking for someone proactive, organised and genuinely passionate about supporting a child's development.

Skills and other requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years experience
* Super engaging and play-led
* Excellent communication with parents during the day
* Good level of English
* A second language would be a bonus
* Flexible for occasional evening support
