A warm, welcoming and highly regarded family based in the beautiful Cayman Islands is seeking an exceptional Norland-trained or equivalent professional nanny to provide outstanding care for their adorable 6-month-old daughter.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, career nanny who is passionate about child development and enjoys travelling with a family. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, proactive, organised, and committed to creating a stimulating and loving environment in which a young child can thrive.

Duties & Responsibilities
Providing attentive, age-appropriate care for a 6-month-old baby girl.
Supporting developmental milestones through engaging and educational activities.
Establishing and maintaining routines for feeding, sleeping and overall wellbeing.
Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the child as she progresses through weaning and beyond.
Maintaining children's areas, clothing, nursery and equipment to a high standard.
Planning stimulating indoor and outdoor activities to encourage learning and development.
Accompanying the family on international travel and ensuring seamless childcare support whilst away.
Driving the child when required, including playgroups, activities and appointments in the future.
Working closely with parents to support the child's emotional, physical and educational development.

Candidate Requirements
Norland qualification or equivalent recognised childcare qualification.
Proven experience caring for infants and young children within private households.
Excellent knowledge of child development and early years milestones.
Confident traveller with flexibility to accompany the family internationally.
Valid driving licence with a strong driving record.
Professional, discreet and highly organised.
Warm, energetic and genuinely passionate about childcare.
First Aid qualification preferred.
Enhanced background checks and excellent references essential.
