Daily Nanny / Governess (Greek Speaking)

Position
A lovely family based in Knightsbridge is seeking an experienced, professional, and proactive Daily Nanny/Governess to care for their 7-year-old twins (a boy and a girl).
Working Hours
• Monday to Friday
• 30–40 hours per week
• Exact working hours to be discussed during the interview process.
Salary
Excellent salary offered, depending on experience and qualifications.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality care for the two children.
• Speak Greek with the children at all times to support and develop their language skills.
• Carry out school drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Plan and organise engaging, age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
• Supervise and assist with homework.
• Encourage good manners, confidence, and independence.
• Support the children’s social and emotional development.
• Liaise with parents regarding the children’s progress and daily routine.
• Travel with the family on occasion (desirable but not essential).
Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience working as a nanny or governess with school-aged children.
• Fluent Greek (essential).
• Fluent English.
• Well-presented, well-spoken, and professional.
• Warm, energetic, and proactive.
• Able to take initiative and organise enriching activities.
• Strong understanding of child development and education.
• Excellent references.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).
• Paediatric First Aid qualification is desirable.
Additional Information
• Driving is not required.
• The ability to travel with the family from time to time would be an advantage.
