Role: Afternoon Nanny / Governess (Live-Out)
Care for: G4 & G10
Days & Hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–7:00pm; Saturday, 10:00am–6:00pm (approximately 25–27 hours per week during term time), with additional hours during school holidays and occasional travel by arrangement
Languages: Fluent English Essential, Spanish speaking is an advantage
Location: Mayfair, London
Salary: £50,000–£65,000 gross per annum (dependent on skills and experience)

We are seeking a highly professional, organised, and energetic Afternoon Nanny / Governess to join a warm and welcoming family based in Mayfair. This is a live-out position caring for two girls aged 4 and 10, both of whom attend school full-time.

The role will focus on supporting the children’s educational development while managing their day-to-day schedules and after-school routine. You will be responsible for overseeing homework, coordinating extracurricular activities, managing diaries, and liaising with schools, tutors, and activity providers where required. The successful candidate will create a structured, engaging, and nurturing environment where both children can flourish academically and socially.

Alongside educational support, you will plan stimulating and age-appropriate activities, encourage independence and confidence, and act as a positive role model. You will ensure the children are organised and fully prepared for their academic, extracurricular, and social commitments while maintaining a happy and balanced routine.

Additional hours may be required during school holidays, although the role will not typically become full-time during these periods. Flexibility to work longer hours during holidays and to travel with the family by prior arrangement is essential.

We are looking for a nanny who is naturally energetic, highly organised, proactive, and genuinely passionate about supporting children’s development. A fluent English speaker is essential, while Spanish language skills, along with the ability to swim or ski, would be advantageous but are not essential.
