Live-in Nanny in Monaco
Location: Monaco (live-in) with extensive international travel
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: €100,000–€140,000 gross per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
Schedule: 6 days per week | Approximately 7:30am–7:00pm with a 3-hour break during the day. 1 week off every 3 or 4 weeks
Accommodation: Private bedroom with en-suite bathroom

A busy UHNW family based in Monaco is seeking an experienced, professional, and dedicated live-in nanny to care for their little boy, who is currently 7 months old and will celebrate his first birthday in October. This is a sole-charge position within a fully staffed household, requiring a candidate who is highly organised, proactive, discreet, and able to work collaboratively alongside household and yacht staff.
The family enjoys an international lifestyle and travels frequently. Flexibility and a genuine love of travel are essential.
The Role
The nanny will take full responsibility for all aspects of the child's care, well-being, and development, ensuring a nurturing, structured, and stimulating environment.
Providing attentive, loving, and developmentally focused care.
Managing the child's daily routine, including feeding, naps, bathing, dressing, and play.
Supporting the child's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities and experiences.
Preparing healthy, nutritious meals and snacks for the child.
Maintaining routines and encouraging positive sleep and developmental habits.
Accompanying the family on frequent international travel.
Always ensuring the child's safety and well-being.
Maintaining the nursery, play areas, and all child-related spaces to a high standard.
Organising and managing the child's wardrobe, including laundry, ironing, and seasonal clothing rotation.
Monitoring and replenishing nursery supplies and essentials.
Sterilising bottles, preparing feeds, and maintaining baby equipment.
Keeping detailed records, where required, of routines, milestones, and development.
The Ideal Candidate
The family is seeking a mature, experienced professional who is confident caring for infants and enjoys working as part of a wider household team.
Highly experienced in caring for babies and young children.
Warm, nurturing, calm, and attentive.
Organised, proactive, and naturally structured in their approach.
A strong team player who works well alongside household staff and yacht crew.
Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy and confidentiality.
Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and international travel.
Energetic and engaging, with a genuine passion for childcare.
A firm but fair approach, good at following routine and schedules, as well as implementing them.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of professional nanny experience, including substantial infant experience.
Excellent understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
Fluent English essential.
EU passport holders are preferred due to ease of travel and employment requirements.
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restriction.
Excellent previous references.
Eastern European Languages preferred.
