The family are seeking a calm, highly organised, and experienced nanny to provide structured, attentive care for their three children, aged 5 years, 3 years, and a new born baby.

Initially, the primary focus will be on the two older children, while supporting with the newborn as required. Over time, as the older children attend school, there will be a greater focus on the baby's development and care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistent routines, supporting emotional regulation, encouraging positive behaviour, and fostering a calm and structured environment. The nanny will actively support the children's educational development through engaging activities, teaching age-appropriate skills, promoting independence, and implementing Montessori-inspired principles within the home.

The role requires a nanny who can confidently manage multiple young children, establish clear and consistent boundaries, and work collaboratively with the parents to support the children's long-term developmental goals. The ideal candidate will be warm, engaging, discreet, and highly professional, with experience working within private households and a genuine passion for helping children thrive.

Job Specification
• Providing high-quality care for three children aged 5, 3, and newborn
• Supporting routines, emotional wellbeing, and developmental milestones
• Planning educational and age-appropriate activities
• Implementing Montessori-inspired learning and play opportunities
• Encouraging independence, good manners, and positive social behaviours
• Managing daily transitions and maintaining consistent routines
• Organising children's belongings, bedrooms, and play spaces

• Working closely with parents to ensure consistency of care
• Occasional travel between Geneva, Gstaad, and European destinations during holidays
• Maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times

Candidate Specification
• Previous experience in a similar rota nanny role within a private household
• Significant newborn experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of child development and early years education
• Educationally qualified, Norland trained, or similar highly desirable
• Experience caring for multiple young children simultaneously
• Proactive, organised, and able to use initiative
• Warm, engaging, calm, and confident approach
• Professional, polished, and emotionally intelligent
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Flexible and willing to travel when required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with parents
