### Job Summary

A warm and welcoming family based in a beautiful rural setting near Silverstone are seeking an experienced, organised, and proactive Live-In Housekeeper Nanny to join their household on a long-term basis.

This varied role combines childcare and housekeeping responsibilities. During term time, the position is predominantly housekeeping-focused while the children are at school. During school holidays, the role becomes more childcare-led, supporting the children with activities, routines, and day-to-day care.

### Job Specification

#### Term Time (Approximately 70% Housekeeping / 30% Childcare)

* General housekeeping throughout the family home
* Laundry and ironing
* Family meal preparation and cooking
* Household organisation and inventory management
* Taking bins out and assisting with household upkeep
* School drop-offs and collections
* Supporting after-school routines and activities
* Preparing meals and snacks for the children
* Assisting with homework when required

#### School Holidays

* Providing childcare for the children throughout the day
* Organising age-appropriate activities and outings
* Supporting routines, wellbeing, and development
* Preparing meals and snacks
* Maintaining household organisation alongside childcare duties
* Assisting with family life during holiday periods

#### Additional Duties

* Occasional dog walking and pet care
* General household support where required

### Candidate Specification

The ideal candidate will:

* Have previous experience as a Housekeeper Nanny within a private household
* Be confident balancing childcare and housekeeping responsibilities
* Be highly organised, tidy, and proactive
* Be a confident cook able to prepare family meals
* Hold a valid driving licence and be confident completing school runs
* Be comfortable living and working in a rural location
* Enjoy outdoor activities and countryside living
* Be comfortable around dogs
* Have a positive, flexible, and can-do attitude
* Be reliable, trustworthy, and discreet
* Possess excellent communication skills and strong initiative
