Live-in Nanny / House Manager – Surrey

We are a warm and affectionate family living in a beautiful four-bedroom home in Surrey with our 18-month-old son.

We are looking for an experienced live-in nanny / house manager who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers and takes pride in running an organised household.

Our son is curious, active, affectionate and thrives on routine. We are therefore looking for someone who shares a structured approach to childcare and understands the importance of consistency, sleep hygiene, good nutrition, outdoor play and age-appropriate developmental activities.

Essential experience: (minimum 5 years)

• Significant experience caring for toddlers (18 months+)
• Potty training experience
• Strong knowledge of toddler nutrition and helping children develop healthy eating habits
• Experience establishing and maintaining good sleep routines
• Confident planning engaging, screen-free activities
• Organised, proactive and naturally tidy
• Able to manage children’s laundry, wardrobe organisation, meal preparation and nursery duties to a high standard

This is a live-in position, six days per week. Alongside childcare, we are looking for someone who is happy to take on house manager responsibilities including family meal preparation, household organisation, ironing and helping keep the home running smoothly. Ideal age would be above 35.

We are looking for someone long-term who will become an important part of our family and who values professionalism, routine, warmth and consistency as much as we do.
