A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Governor, Mentor and Educator to join a UHNW family based between Portugal and Switzerland, with regular international travel, including to USA.

This role would suit a sports enthusiast graduate who can combine strong KS2/KS3 academic support with a genuine passion for sport, (especially skiing, snowboarding and football), personal development and helping 3 boys aged 8-13 thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

You will be a positive role model, helping to develop confidence, independence, organisation, study habits and a lifelong love of learning. Alongside academic support, you will encourage an active lifestyle and participation in a variety of sporting activities as above.

The Role

• Academic support across KS2/KS3 subjects including English, maths, sports and core subjects
• Assist with homework, study skills and exam preparation.
• Encourage curiosity, confidence and independent thinking.
• Promote healthy routines and positive behaviours.
• Support sporting, outdoor and extracurricular activities.
• Travel with the family during holidays and throughout the year.
• Work closely with parents and household staff to ensure consistency.

Requirements

• Degree essential, Teaching qualification - PGCE, QTS or similar (not TEFL, TESOL) advantageous.
• Experience working with children of a similar age. Clear DBS.
• Strong knowledge of the British curriculum, plus classroom and private household experience.
• Passion for sport, wellbeing and personal development.
• Energetic, positive and engaging personality.
• 20-25 hours pw during term time, 45-50 hours in hols when working/travelling.
• Discreet, professional and highly organised.
