Role: Maternity Nurse
Care for: 5-month-old baby
Days/Hours: 5–6 days per week, 24-hour cover (with appropriate breaks)
Location: Holland Park, London
Dates: September 2026 – November 2026 (3-month contract) Dates TBC
Salary: £300–£400 per day (dependent on qualifications, skills and experience)
Accommodation: Private bedroom provided

A warm and welcoming family based in Holland Park are seeking an experienced, discreet and knowledgeable Maternity Nurse to support the care of their 5-month-old baby from September 2026 for an initial three-month period.

This position would suit a highly experienced Maternity Nurse who is confident caring for babies of a similar age and providing gentle guidance and reassurance to parents. The successful candidate will work closely with the family to maintain and establish age-appropriate routines, whilst adapting to the family's preferred parenting style and supporting the baby's ongoing development and wellbeing.

Responsibilities will include all nursery duties relating to the baby, supporting feeding routines, advising on sleep and settling techniques, maintaining and adapting schedules as needed, monitoring developmental milestones, and offering guidance around weaning and developmental progression where appropriate. The family are looking for someone calm, nurturing and proactive, who can integrate seamlessly into their household whilst providing a supportive and reassuring presence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive maternity nursing experience, relevant qualifications, and excellent checkable references. A warm, professional approach, alongside a high level of discretion and the ability to work collaboratively with parents, is essential.
