Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver structured, age-appropriate learning experiences
Support early years development across language, social, emotional, and cognitive areas
Encourage creativity, curiosity, and confidence through play-based learning and engaging activities
Establish and maintain positive routines, boundaries, and behaviour
Promote excellent manners, etiquette, and age-appropriate independence
Organise the child's educational materials, schedule, and daily routines
Accompany the family on international trips and assist with travel-related organisation
Liaise closely with parents and household staff to ensure consistency and continuity of care
Work collaboratively alongside other household staff within a fully staffed home
Act as a positive role model while maintaining a calm, polished, and professional presence

Candidate Profile

Native English speaker (essential)
Previous experience as a Governess or in a similar educational childcare role
Strong educational background, ideally with early years expertise
Solid understanding of early childhood development
Creative, proactive, and engaging in approach
Flexible, calm, and emotionally intelligent
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
