A warm, international family based in Regent's Park is seeking an experienced nanny to join their fully staffed household. Their current nanny has been with the family for 4.5 years, reflecting the positive, supportive, and long-term environment they offer.

This is a genuinely collaborative role within a well-established childcare team. You will work alongside another nanny (or nanny/housekeeper) at all times, ensuring the children's care is shared and well-supported. The household is highly organised, with clear structures and excellent communication between team members.

The role involves supporting the care of five children aged between 3 and 12 years old, with a strong focus on keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities include managing routines, organising schedules, coordinating activities, supporting school commitments, and overseeing the children's social calendars. As all of the children attend nursery or school during the day, this position would suit someone who is proactive, organised, and naturally one step ahead.

The family travels extensively throughout the year, including extended periods during the winter months and throughout school holidays. They are therefore looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic about travelling as part of the role. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and experiencing different environments.

This is a 24/5 position, and you will be on call overnight. However, the children have excellent sleeping routines and generally sleep very well, with minimal disturbance during the night. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom, providing a comfortable space to relax during downtime. Cooking requirements are minimal, and there is little to no driving required in London, although confidence driving in Europe would be advantageous due to the family's international travel.
