Senior Recruitment Consultant – Nannies & Private Household Staff
Basic salary: £36,000 gross per annum
Commission: Uncapped
Target OTE: £51,000–£66,000 per annum
You will manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial sourcing and assessment through to successful placement. You will work directly with the Director and collaborate closely with the team responsible for managing client families.
Key Responsibilities
Source and attract qualified nannies and private household professionals in the UK and internationally.
Build, maintain and reactivate a strong candidate network.
Review applications and conduct detailed candidate interviews.
Assess candidates’ experience, skills, reliability and suitability for individual families.
Verify employment history, references, qualifications, certifications and Right to Work documentation.
Write accurate and professional candidate profiles.
Prepare relevant, high-quality shortlists.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and families.
Prepare and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain regular communication with candidates through to placement.
Keep the candidate database accurate, organised and up to date.
Recommend and implement improvements to sourcing methods, recruitment tools and selection processes.
Essential Requirements
French at C1 level or above.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong professional writing skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Existing Right to Work in the United Kingdom.
French Nanny Agency cannot provide visa sponsorship for this position.
