An active, energetic and flexible Junior Nanny is sought for a warm, busy family living on a farm on the edge of a beautiful village. This is a lovely long-term opportunity for someone who is outdoorsy, sporty, confident and happy to muck in, while becoming a valued part of a supportive household.

The family have three children aged 10, 7 and 3, with the eldest two attending school in Andover and the youngest currently at nursery before joining prep school in September. This is a live-out role suited to someone with a positive, proactive attitude who enjoys outdoor life and supporting busy family routines. Their daughter loves riding, so an interest in horses would be a bonus, and the youngest enjoys Lego and imaginative play.

Duties include homework help, children’s laundry, meal planning and cooking home-cooked meals for the children, general household support and helping the family stay organised day to day. There will also be some care of the family’s small dog and bunny rabbit.

The family live in a countryside farming location, so being comfortable outdoors is essential. 35 hours per week with school holidays overtime / flexibility to be discussed. Optional babysitting and occasional travel to France may also be available.

A driver with a clean licence is essential, and a car is provided for the role. The family employ cleaners weekly, so the focus is on childcare and household support rather than deep cleaning. Both parents work in London, with occasional working-from-home days, and extended family live nearby, creating a warm and supportive environment.
