Nanny — Arabic-speaking, Montessori-inspired

A warm, international family based in Zürich is looking for a dedicated, experienced nanny to care for their baby boy. We are seeking someone who shares our belief that early childhood is a formative time deserving of thoughtful, attentive, and education-led care. Arabic language skills are a firm requirement — any dialect is welcome.

What we are looking for
Arabic speaker — hard requirement
Any dialect is welcome. We want our son to grow up with Arabic as a living, everyday language.
Montessori-aligned approach - Experience with or genuine interest in Montessori principles — child-led exploration, independence, and purposeful play.
Minimum 5 years of experience with babies
Verifiable, hands-on experience working with young children from infancy through toddler years.
Genuine passion for child development and education
Someone who stays curious — reads, learns, and brings new ideas to how children grow and learn.
Open, transparent, and communicative
The family value honest communication and a collaborative relationship. You should feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing observations proactively.
Receptive to feedback and adaptable
They see caregiving as a partnership. We will share feedback regularly and expect the same in return.
Flexibility as family life evolves is essential.
Travel with the family from time to time

Compensation: Competitive market salary
Additional duties: Childcare only
