Accommodation: Private coach house on the family’s property
Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 30–40 hours per week (6–8 hours per day)
Overview
A busy and welcoming family are seeking a full-time, live-in child-friendly housekeeper to provide comprehensive household support alongside assistance with their children. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone proactive, organised, and enjoys working as part of a family environment.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Duties:
Full cleaning and maintenance of the family home
Cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, and all living areas
Hoovering, mopping, and dusting
Laundry and linen changes
Tidying and organising the home, including children’s areas
Keeping on top of the household to a high standard
Childcare Support:
School drop-offs and pickups
Receiving children home from school
Preparing children’s meals
Assisting with evening routines and bedtime
Babysitting as required
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a similar housekeeping/nanny role
Child-friendly, nurturing, and confident with children
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy household
A driver would be advantageous
Flexible and willing to assist where needed
