We are looking for a fun reliable, organised and easy-going nanny / groom to join our family in a varied full-time live-in role, ideally starting in August. The role combines childcare, horses, keeping things running smoothly day-to-day in family life.

The main focus is caring for our two daughters (aged 7 and 9), who both attend school locally. This includes school runs, organising activities and playdates, and managing their day-to-day routines.

Both parents work in London during the week, so we need someone experienced looking after children, practical, capable and happy to get stuck into family life — whether that’s taking the girls to activities, helping organise the week, walking the dogs, supporting with admin, or helping with the horses, including keeping them fit (depending on experience).

We live on a lovely farm in a beautiful part of East Sussex - this job would be ideal for someone who loves country live and has a genuine passion to work with children. Whilst we are rural, London is 1hr 10 mins on the train and we are also less than half an hour from the beach.
