A rewarding daytime opportunity supporting David, 14, a lovely teenager with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy. Earn up to £19.30 gross per hour in a flexible job share role.
Location: Farnham, GU10
Pay: £17.00 weekdays | £19.30 weekends | £34.00 bank holidays (gross per hour)
Start: ASAP
Driver: Essential – own car required to access family home
Hours: Saturdays & Sundays 10:00am–8:00pm, Mondays 2:00pm–8:00pm, with extra hours in school holidays and cover shifts available. Job share or full coverage option.
Essential: Experience supporting a young person with physical disabilities or SEN, flexibility, teamwork, and non-smoker/vaper.
Desirable: Epilepsy/seizure management experience (training provided).
About David: David is a funny, engaging 14-year-old who loves music, films, jokes, and fun activities. He has Cerebral Palsy affecting all four limbs and epilepsy. He benefits from patience, encouragement, and support with personal care, daily routines, and communication.
The Role: You’ll support David 1:1 or 2:1 alongside another SEN Support Worker, helping with personal care, therapy, homework, activities, and outings. The role involves creating structured, fun routines to help David feel secure and motivated.
