We are a family of four based in NW3 (Belsize Park), looking for an experienced sole charge nanny, Tuesday to Thursday, 9am–6pm (27 hours per week), from August 2026.

Our son is 18 months and our daughter is 5. Our son has a medical condition that requires a little extra care day-to-day — he follows a special diet and takes daily medication (which we administer), all very manageable and mostly doesn’t affect his day-to-day too much.
He is an easygoing friendly outgoing toddler that loves going to playground and the park.

Full details and training provided to the right candidate. Our daughter will need school pickup from September. She is an outgoing and chatty child.

We need someone with at least 7 years’ professional nanny experience, a genuine love of young children, and real confidence in sole charge but also happy to have a collaborative approach with parents.

One parent works from home but will be mostly out of the way unless explicitly needed for medication, questions or other communication.

Experience in the NW3 area is a plus. Reliability and discretion are non-negotiable.

We offer 20-23 GBP per hour gross. Gross only — we do not agree net salaries.
We use a payroll provider (NannyPaye) and require a formal PAYE contract — we do not pay cash in hand.
