AH117: Maternity Nurse (24/6 Live-in) – Notting Hill, London | Start: End July / Early Aug 2026 | Duration: Approx. 4 months

We are acting on behalf of a first-time parent based in Notting Hill, London, seeking an exceptional, highly experienced, calm, and discreet Maternity Nurse to provide 24-hour live-in support (24/6) for approximately 4 months, starting end of July / early August 2026 (exact start date TBC).

The family’s priorities:
This family values depth, consistency, and quality of experience over formal qualifications alone. They are looking for someone with quiet confidence, strong intuition, and natural composure, developed through many years supporting newborns and parents in private homes.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive newborn care with an experience-led, gentle approach.
- Establish and maintain well-balanced routines that support feeding, settling, and sleep.
- Support feeding across breastfeeding and bottle feeding, as required.
- Provide informed sleep guidance and early developmental awareness.
- Deliver consistent overnight care, maintaining a steady, reassuring presence.
- Integrate seamlessly into the household with high professionalism and discretion.
- Create a sustainable rhythm so the parent feels confident and supported beyond the placement.

Schedule and set-up:
- 24/6 live-in role for approx. 4 months
- Location: Notting Hill, London

Compensation:
Budget is open and dependent on experience. Please quote rate on application.

Experience and qualities required:
- Extensive, demonstrable experience as a maternity nurse/newborn care specialist in private households.
- Highly competent with nights and newborn care from day one.
- Calm, measured, and emotionally attuned, with a supportive (not directive) style.
- Mature, capable, and naturally confident working independently.
- Warm, easy-going, and able to acclimate quickly to the household.
- A "grandmotherly" steadiness and reassuring presence is strongly valued.
