A private family based in North London are seeking two experienced Rota Maternity Nurses to work on a 10 days on / 10 days off rotation caring for their baby. This is a fully staffed household with two older siblings already in the family, so the successful candidates should be experienced working within busy household environments while maintaining a calm, discreet and adaptable presence within the home. The family are looking for warm, kind and professional maternity nurses who can confidently support all aspects of baby care while naturally integrating into the family dynamic. As this is mum’s second baby, she is experienced and hands-on, so the role will suit candidates who are collaborative in approach and able to support the family without taking over. Travel will form part of the role, including working over Christmas while travelling with the family, so flexibility and previous travel experience are essential. This role will suit experienced maternity nurses who are calm, emotionally intelligent and confident working within high-level private household settings.

Providing 24-hour care for baby on a rota basis
Supporting all aspects of baby care and routines

Travelling internationally with the family as required
Working over the Christmas period as part of the rota
Managing all nursery duties related to the baby
Candidate Specification
• Extensive newborn and 24-hour maternity nurse experience essential
• Previous rota and private household experience preferred
• Qualified in Paediatric First Aid
• Warm, discreet and professional in approach
• Adaptable and confident working within staffed households
• Comfortable travelling internationally
• Calm, collaborative and emotionally intelligent
Accommodation: Shared room with the baby and separate bathroom
