A warm and welcoming family based in Notting Hill are seeking an experienced, Spanish-speaking Rota Nanny to care for their two sons, aged 11 months and 5 years. This role can be live-out or live in (on duty) rota position, working from 7:00am to 8:00pm on working days.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the boys’ care, wellbeing, and day-to-day routines, confidently balancing the needs of both a toddler and a school-aged child. Duties will include managing feeding, naps, developmental activities, and daily routines for the younger child, while supporting the older boy with his morning and after-school routine, homework, and extracurricular activities.

The nanny will plan engaging, age-appropriate activities and outings, encourage learning and development through play, and create a nurturing, stimulating environment for both children. School drop-offs, pick-ups, and transporting the children to activities will form part of the role, therefore a confident driver with a clean driving licence is essential.

Nursery duties related to the children will be required, including children’s laundry, keeping bedrooms and play areas organised, preparing healthy meals and snacks, and ensuring their belongings are well maintained.

Fluency in Spanish is essential, as the family would like the nanny to communicate naturally with the children in Spanish throughout the day, supporting their bilingual language development.

The family are looking for a nanny who is warm, proactive, organised, and confident working independently. Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and previous experience caring for children of similar ages are highly desirable.
