(Huge bonus if you live in / near Geneva already) We are seeking a calm, highly capable, and experienced nanny to provide structured, attentive care for their three children, (aged 4.5 and 3) and support for the new born. In the longer-term role, there will be an increasing focus on the baby as the older children attend school. The role involves creating and maintaining a consistent daily routine, supporting the children’s emotional regulation and behaviour, and fostering a calm, well-ordered environment. A key aspect of the position is a genuine commitment to the children’s development: the nanny should actively engage them in learning, teach age-appropriate skills, encourage independence, and support the implementation of a Montessori-inspired approach within the home. Promoting good manners, respectful behaviour, and positive social habits is also an important part of the role.

The nanny will be responsible for all aspects of childcare, including organising age-appropriate and educational activities, managing daily transitions, and ensuring play and living areas remain tidy and organised. The ideal candidate will be professional, discreet, and emotionally intelligent, with a strong background in early childhood development and experience in structured private households. She will be confident in setting clear boundaries with a calm, low-energy approach, able to manage multiple young children with ease, and capable of working collaboratively with the parents to support consistency, routine, and long-term developmental goals.
