A warm, busy and active family is looking for an engaging and capable afterschool manny/nanny to support their four boys aged 4, 8, 11 and 13.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with school-aged boys, can confidently manage busy routines, and genuinely loves getting involved in children’s interests and development. The family is looking for someone energetic, organised and naturally proactive, who can become a positive and consistent presence in the boys’ lives.

The core role will focus on afterschool care, with working hours typically being 2:30pm–7:30pm Monday to Friday. This equates to roughly 35 hours per week, depending on the agreed Saturday schedule.

For candidates looking for additional hours, the family would also love someone who can support with morning wraparound care from 6:30am–9:00am, increasing the total weekly hours to approximately 46.5 hours per week.

The family has confirmed that hours will remain consistent throughout the school holidays, offering excellent stability and guaranteed income year-round.

There is also a live-in option available, making the role particularly appealing for candidates relocating to London or looking for accommodation as part of their package.

The Children
The boys are all active and have their own distinct personalities and interests:
- The 13-year-old enjoys football and running.
- The 11-year-old is also passionate about football and running.
- The 8-year-old enjoys chess and musical instruments.
- The 4-year-old loves football and cycling.

The family would love someone who can naturally engage with these interests, encourage active lifestyles, and help create a fun but structured environment after school.

Responsibilities
The role will involve all standard afterschool nanny/manny duties, including:
- School and activity pick-ups
- Managing afterschool routines
- Supporting homework and organisation
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks
- Encouraging outdoor play, sport and activities
- Organising age-appropriate activities and outings
- Helping maintain routines, structure and good manners
- Children’s laundry and keeping play/bedroom areas tidy
- Supporting evening routines and preparing the children for the following school day

Saturdays
The family would ideally like support on Saturdays. Around 10 hours would be preferred, although they are open to flexibility and could also consider either a morning or afternoon shift depending on the candidate’s availability.
