Professional Nanny – Fulham (Near Putney Bridge)
Start Date: September 2026
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am–5:00pm (36 hours per week)
Salary: £22 gross per hour (circa £41,184 gross per annum) (please note salary change from the image)
A warm and welcoming family based in Fulham are seeking a highly experienced, qualified, and reliable professional nanny to care for their baby, due in July 2026. The role will commence in September 2026 when the baby is approximately 3 months old.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a knowledgeable baby nanny who is confident supporting early development and establishing strong routines in a loving home environment.
The Role
You will take sole charge of the baby’s day-to-day care, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development are always prioritised. The ideal nanny will bring a calm, confident, and nurturing approach, alongside a strong understanding of infant care.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting all aspects of early development and milestones
Establishing and maintaining a consistent daily routine
Planning and engaging in age-appropriate, educational activities
Preparing healthy, nutritious meals as the baby begins weaning
Managing all aspects of bottle feeding, including sterilisation and organisation
Following and promoting safe sleep practices
Taking the baby to local classes, groups, and outdoor activities
Carrying out all nursery duties (baby’s laundry, tidying play areas, organising supplies)
The family live in a fantastic location close to Bishops Park and the River Thames, with access to a wide range of local baby groups and activities.
The Family
Both parents have demanding professional roles and will be working in a hybrid pattern (home and office). They are looking for a nanny who is proactive, trustworthy, and able to work independently while maintaining clear and open communication.
There is also a small dog in the home from time to time, so the nanny should be comfortable around pets.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Level 3 Childcare Qualification
12-hour Paediatric First Aid (in date)
Food Hygiene Certificate
Previous proven experience caring for young babies (including weaning and routines)
Strong knowledge of infant development and safe sleep guidance
Highly reliable, organised, and professional
Kind, patient, and passionate about early years care
Nanny insurance (desirable)
