Eearly Years Nanny (English-speaking)

The ideal candidate will hold strong Early Childhood Education qualifications and be Montessori trained or confident in a Montessori-inspired approach, bringing a thoughtful, child-led philosophy to daily routines. This role requires a calm, nurturing presence and the ability to create engaging, developmentally rich activities that promote independence, emotional security, and curiosity. Bilingual English and German is highly valued, and musical ability is an advantage.
