A warm and supportive nightly maternity nurse role helping first-time parents establish feeding, rest and gentle newborn routines.

Job Summary
This is a lovely role suited to an experienced maternity nurse who can provide calm, knowledgeable guidance while supporting first-time parents in a gentle and responsive way. A first-time family based in SE15 are seeking an experienced Nightly Maternity Nurse to support them following the arrival of their baby in July. Sleep, rest and recovery are important priorities for the family, alongside establishing healthy feeding habits and calm newborn routines from the outset.
Mum is very keen to breastfeed and would value someone who can offer reassurance, practical guidance and encouragement in a calm and supportive way. The family are looking for a more organic and baby-led approach to routines; and the successful candidate should be warm, emotionally intelligent and reassuring, helping the parents grow in confidence while supporting a calm and settled environment within the home. Although the role is primarily nightly support, the family would also welcome some flexibility for occasional daytime hours if this suited the right candidate, but not essential. This role will suit a nurturing and experienced maternity nurse who enjoys supporting first-time parents in a collaborative and thoughtful way.
