After-school nanny / mother's help, 4–8pm, Mon–Fri, optional nights – W6

We are a friendly family in Hammersmith (W6 9NE) looking for a very experienced, very good after-school nanny/mother's help to support mum with our young children and the evening routine. We want someone warm, proactive and highly reliable who can become a steady, positive presence in our home.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 4pm–8pm, plus up to 2 optional nights per week for additional overnight support so mum can get some proper sleep (nights to be agreed in advance).

Key responsibilities:
- Giving mum a couple of spare, quiet hours each afternoon
- Playing and engaging with the children after school (games, reading, simple activities)
- Preparing/assisting with children's dinner and light snacks
- Light tidying of toys, kitchen and living areas after playtime and dinner
- Supporting a calm, consistent evening routine while mum does bath and bedtime

We are looking for someone with strong experience caring for young children, a patient and kind manner, and excellent references. You must have the right to work in the UK, be a non-smoker and speak good English. A current DBS check and paediatric first aid are preferred.

We are open on hourly rate for the right, very high-quality candidate and can discuss this based on your experience.
