AH144: Sole charge full-time nanny for professional family, Holland Park (Job Description)

We are working on behalf of a professional family relocating from the United States to London, who are seeking an exceptional full-time, sole-charge, live-out nanny for their two daughters (ages 4 and 6), based in Holland Park.

Key details:
- Location: Holland Park / Kensington Gardens / Hyde Park area
- Start date: July 2026
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
- Salary: £55-65k (DOE)

The role:
This is a Monday to Friday position, supporting all aspects of the children’s day-to-day care and routine, including:
- Morning routine and school preparation
- School runs
- Homework support and after-school activities
- Preparing and overseeing dinner
- Bath time and bedtime routine
- Maintaining calm, consistency, and structure during the family’s relocation period

Candidate profile:
Both parents work full-time and are based outside the home. The ideal nanny will be:
- Reliable, proactive, and highly organised
- Warm, calm, and consistent
- Confident working in a sole-charge role with school-aged children
- Experienced with this age group, with proven longevity in previous positions

Flexibility requirements:
The family would value flexibility for:
- Occasional babysitting
- Proxy parenting
- Overnight care
- Holiday cover

Requirements:
- Right to Work in the UK
- Up to date DBS check
- Up to date First Aid Certificate
- Excellent references from previous employers
