Professional Maternity Nurse Required | California & Europe | 24th of July – 1st September 2026

My Maternity Concierge is currently seeking an exceptionally experienced and professional maternity nurse on behalf of a private international client.

This is a highly exclusive, travel-based position beginning in California, where the successful candidate will join the family for the arrival of their newborn, before accompanying them back to Europe once all required paperwork and travel documentation have been completed.

We are looking for a true career maternity nurse with extensive newborn experience, outstanding references, and previous experience working with private/HNW families. References must be excellent and fully checkable.

The ideal candidate will be:

* Highly experienced with newborns from birth
* Calm, discreet, professional, and emotionally intelligent
* Confident supporting first-time or experienced parents alike
* Able to understand when to step in and when to step back
* Organised, proactive, and extremely detail-oriented
* Flexible and comfortable travelling internationally with a newborn
* Polished and professional in presentation and communication
* Experienced working in private households with complete discretion and confidentiality

Duties include, but are not limited to:

* Full nursery duties
* Supporting the baby’s feeding routine
* Preparing and sterilising bottles
* Baby laundry and wardrobe organisation
* Maintaining nursery cleanliness and organisation
* Monitoring routines, sleep, feeds, and development
* Travelling alongside the family and supporting transitions
* Providing calm, knowledgeable newborn guidance to the parents
* Everything related to the baby’s daily care and wellbeing

Candidates must be available for the full booking period.

This position is best suited to someone genuinely experienced at the very top level of maternity nurse work, someone professional, intuitive, calm under pressure, and naturally discreet.
