A nightly maternity nurse role in Central London supporting a private family with feeding, routines and confidence-building during the newborn stage.


Job Summary
This is a supportive role suited to an experienced maternity nurse who can provide calm, knowledgeable guidance while working respectfully within a quiet and private family environment. A first-time family based in SW1E are seeking an experienced Nightly Maternity Nurse to support them with their newborn baby for approximately 7 weeks. Mum is hoping to breastfeed and would value a knowledgeable professional who can offer guidance and reassurance as they settle into life with their first baby. The parents are looking for experienced support and practical advice, particularly around feeding, routines and building confidence during the early weeks. The family value routine and structure, but are looking for a gentle and flexible approach rather than anything overly rigid. They would particularly appreciate someone who can guide calmly and thoughtfully while remaining respectful of the family’s own pace and preferences. The family are naturally private and reserved, so the successful candidate should be discreet, emotionally intelligent and unobtrusive within the home. This role will suit a calm, experienced maternity nurse who is reassuring, respectful and confident working quietly within a private family environment.

Job Specification
• Providing overnight care for a newborn
