Role: Daily PA / Nanny
Care for: Children aged 11 & 13 years
Days/Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)
Location: Kensington, London
Salary: £65,000–£75,000 gross per annum, dependent on skills, experience, and previous earnings

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a polished, proactive and highly organised Junior PA / Nanny to join a lovely VIP family in Kensington, supporting two children aged 11 and 13 within a fully staffed UHNW household. Reporting to and supporting both the mother and
senior PA, this varied role blends childcare with junior PA support, requiring someone who is highly capable, solutions-focused and able to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
The role will involve managing the children’s schedules and school diaries, coordinating appointments and activities, liaising with tutors and schools, driving the children, running errands, assisting with homework support, and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day
organisation of the household and children’s lives. Strong diary management, coordination skills, attention to detail and the ability to use initiative are essential.
The family is looking for someone warm, engaging and emotionally intelligent who can build a genuine connection with pre-teens and teenagers, whilst also maintaining high standards and professionalism at all times. A background in education, teaching, tutoring or an educationally focused role would be highly advantageous, as would a candidate with a strong understanding of how to support and encourage children academically and socially.
The ideal candidate will be highly polished and professional in presentation and manner, with high standards of personal presentation and professionalism. They should be exceptionally organised, discreet, proactive and articulate, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to represent the family and household to an exceptional standard. The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a collaborative household team whilst also being confident working independently and using plenty of initiative in a fast-paced
environment.
