An overseas twins maternity nurse role in Bolivia supporting first-time parents with feeding, routines and calm, structured newborn care within a fully supported household environment.

Job Summary
This is a high-level role suited to an experienced twins maternity nurse who can provide confident, nurturing support while helping first-time parents establish calm and sustainable routines. A family based in Santa Cruz, Bolivia are seeking a highly experienced Maternity Nurse to support them with their 7-week-old twins on a short-term basis.

The family are looking for a calm, discreet and knowledgeable professional with extensive twins experience who can confidently support all aspects of newborn care, while helping guide the parents through the next stage of development. Feeding is currently a combination approach, with mum breastfeeding before offering bottles, and the babies receiving predominantly breastmilk alongside some formula supplementation. The family would value someone routine-focused but gentle in approach, who can help bring structure and consistency without implementing rigid sleep-training methods. They are particularly keen to find someone warm, engaging and positive to have around—someone who can offer guidance and reassurance while allowing the parents to feel comfortable and confident in their own parenting journey.

There may be occasional travel during the booking, including potential trips to Brazil for medical appointments or to the family’s second home in Uruguay, so flexibility around travel would be appreciated. The family live in a penthouse apartment with elevators, stairs and household security systems in place. There are also three dogs and two cats in the home, although the dogs are generally out during the day. A driver is available to assist the maternity nurse whenever required. This role will suit an experienced twins specialist who is calm under pressure, confident supporting feeding and routines, and able to integrate naturally into a private household environment.

Job Specification
• Providing 24-hour care for 7-week-old twins

Accommodation: Private apartment located close to the family home, with driver transport provided. Alternative in-home accommodation can also be arranged depending on preference and suitability.
