A long-term, self-employed weekend nanny role supporting a private international family with the sole-charge care of their 10-month-old baby.

Job Summery
This is a long-term weekend nanny role suited to an experienced, formally qualified childcare professional who is confident caring for babies, enjoys working within a busy household environment, and can provide calm, reliable continuity of care alongside existing household staff. The family are based between London and the USA, with summer travel to Europe, and are looking for a warm, proactive and discreet nanny who can support their 10-month-old baby over weekends. The household is busy and collaborative, so the successful candidate will need to communicate clearly with other staff and work harmoniously within an established family setting.

Job Specification
• Full sole-charge care of the 10-month-old baby, including feeding, bathing, naps and daily routines
• Supporting healthy sleep schedules and a structured, age-appropriate daily routine
• Planning and engaging in developmentally appropriate activities to encourage early learning and stimulation
• Supporting the baby’s ongoing weaning journey and preparing appropriate feeds and meals
• Maintaining the nursery and baby areas to a high standard of organisation and cleanliness
• Managing baby laundry and keeping clothing, equipment and essentials well organised

Candidate Specification
• Significant professional nanny experience with babies and toddlers
• Excellent understanding of routines, weaning and age-appropriate developmental support
• Warm, patient and naturally nurturing in approach
• Proactive, organised and able to use initiative without overstepping
• Professional, discreet and reliable
• Comfortable liaising with other staff and working within a busy household environment
