Job Summary:
The family is seeking a reliable and caring live-in or live-out nanny to provide dedicated care for their 19-month-old child from 9th July for a period of 10 days. During this time, the parents will be away, however, the child’s grandmother and aunt will be closely involved and nearby, offering a warm and supportive family environment. The child has no allergies, and the household is also home to four small terrier-type dogs.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, caring, flexible, and comfortable around dogs, with driving being essential. Duties will include attentive childcare, children’s laundry, light housekeeping related to the child, and basic meal preparation if required. Experience is less important than reliability. Accommodation is available for live-in candidates, including a bedroom and bathroom within the house.

General Duties:
• Providing attentive care for a 19-month-old child
• Supporting and maintaining the child’s daily routine, including naps, meals, playtime, and activities
• Encouraging development through engaging and stimulating play
• Preparing simple and healthy meals/snacks for the child when required
• Keeping the child’s areas tidy and organised
• Managing children’s laundry and related duties
• Assisting with light housekeeping duties related to the child
• Working alongside family members in a collaborative and respectful manner

• Proficient in English
• Kind, dependable, and proactive nature
• Highly reliable with a flexible and positive attitude
• Confident caring for toddlers and supporting their development
• Comfortable working in a busy family household with extended family nearby
• Driver essential
• Comfortable around dogs and happy working in a pet-friendly home
• Able to use initiative and work independently when needed
• Experience level is flexible; the family values reliability and personality over extensive experience
• Available for the full 10-day booking from 9th July
